Hi, I am
Alessandro Uva

I help people with a disabling neurological disease to seek their maximum recovery potential, for a better quality of life.

My Job

I am a physiotherapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation, i.e. the treatment of diseases related to the nervous system.

Over the years, I have dedicated myself to the in-depth study of
neuroscience and this wonderful branch of rehabilitation.

Today, I continue my work and studies in England, constantly updating my clinical practice and the quality of my treatments.

My mission: Supporting your personal battle

I founded Your Neuro Rehab to introduce you to the world of Neurological Rehabilitation in all its aspects, guiding you towards greater clarity and giving you the tools and practical strategies for your rehabilitation journey.

A space to help those coping with a neurological disorder and for all professionals working alongside them.

But the ideal of this project does not stop there.

Your Neuro Rehab was created to share my passion for this world and my personal quest for increasingly effective, accurate and holistic neurological rehabilitation.

A rehabilitation that allows the person, despite the diagnosis, to find their full potential to reintegrate to the best of their ability in the family, at work and in society:

Helping him to get his life back on track.

The passion that made me embark on this journey

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the workings of the human body and, over the years, this interest has grown steadily.

I admit it: ‘I am a very curious person’ and the one that absolutely stimulated this side of me the most was our Nervous System.

After all, it is spectacular!

It is such a complex system that, to this day, scholars all over the world are trying to understand its intricate mechanisms.

And it is through this continuous research that we refine our knowledge every day, with discoveries that help and will help millions of people.

And that, for me, is extremely stimulating.

During my studies, I had the good fortune to realise that in the profession of Neurological Physiotherapist there was the perfect meeting point between interaction with the nervous system and the human contact I was looking for.

After graduation, I started my research; devoting myself to the in-depth study of neuroscience and my specialisation.

To date, my journey has taken me to England; to a specialised clinic where I continue my studies and research, for increasingly effective and specific neurological rehabilitation for the person who relies on my care.

The reason for this site is :YOU

In my clinical practice, I have been able to deal with a wide variety of professionals and, above all, I have had the pleasure of getting to know so many people as patients, each with their own experience and story.

The constant that has been clear to me from the very beginning is that, regardless of the severity of the diagnosis, patients and their families, shocked by a sudden and shocking disease, remain full of unknowns and uncertainties:

They look for answers that they struggle to find.

Just as I realised that even professionals working in this field struggle to find good, up-to-date material in the vast amount of information available today.

That is why I decided to create Your Neuro Rehab:

To help people facing their own personal battle against a grim diagnosis and, in my own small way, to support the professionals working alongside them.

I hope this project will be useful to you on your path.
